This is a unique, temporary role where you may have the option to be a candidate for the permanent position, which will help everyone involved focus on our church health and transition rather than a job interview.

  • Possess strong communication, leadership, and conflict management skills, with a patient and empathetic heart for our congregation's needs during this sensitive time.

  • Be flexible and resourceful, understanding that every interim situation is unique.
