Congratulations to Kim Jessie who recently received her Doctor of Ministry (DMin.) in Christian Leadership and Renewal with a Concentration in Ministry Leadership Coaching. Kim’s dissertation topic was “Contextual Model for Local Congregational Leadership Development in The Bridge Network of Churches in Virginia. She gives God all the glory for this academic journey.
The knowledge and insights she has gained will only help her serve the Network churches at a higher level. The Equip to Lead (E2L) process is a product of her research and dissertation.
