Dr. Lynn Hardaway
Dr. Lynn Hardaway is married to Maureen Tarpey Hardaway; they live in Chesapeake and have four children and twelve grandchildren. Lynn pastored three congregations in the Tidewater area from 1982-2012 and currently serves as the bi-vocational pastor of Blackwater Baptist Church in Virginia Beach. Lynn joined the staff of The Bridge Network of Churches in January 2013 as our Church Health Missionary, succeeding Roy Smith as the Network Missionary in October, 2015. His doctorate from Liberty University is in Church Health and Evangelism and his passion in ministry is to encourage pastors and congregations in their efforts to fulfill the Great Commission in the midst of a changing culture.

Dr. Kimberley Jessie
Kimberley is married to David Jessie; they live in Virginia Beach and have two daughters. Kim was appointed by the Home Mission Board (now the North American Mission Board) in July 1993 as a Church and Community Missionary. Her doctorate from Regent is in Leadership and Renewal with a focus on Ministry Leadership Coaching. She now serves as the Leadership & Ministry Strategist for the Network. Kim’s personal mission statement is to encourage, equip, and empower others to accomplish what God has called them to do.

Betty H. Roberts
Betty H. Roberts, widow of Rev. Donald K. Roberts, who was Director of Missions for Accomack/Northampton Baptist Association until his death on January 11, 2011. Betty has two children, Kenneth and Kim. She has served the Lord here, as a pastor’s wife and a secretary on the Eastern Shore of Virginia for the last 24 years. The people in the churches are very, very dear to her.

Nichole Hensley
Nichole is the office secretary for the Norfolk area. She is married to David Hensley and they have three children. They live in Chesapeake. Nichole joined the BNoC team in May 2018.

Phyllis Wroton
Phyllis is the Team Leader of the BNoC Support Team. She is married to Michael Wroton and they have one daughter. Michael and Phyllis live in Chesapeake. Phyllis has been a part of the BNoC team since June of 2007.
